MoverWatch is an independent consumer-information site. It is not a law firm, government agency, regulatory body, or rating agency. Content on this site — including the Filing Guide, Evidence Checklist, and company registration data — is provided for general informational purposes only.

Where this site references complaints, reviews, lawsuits, claims, or other reports about a company, MoverWatch identifies them as allegations, reported statements, or filed matters rather than findings of fact. Linking to or accurately describing the existence of a complaint, review, lawsuit, or claim is not a statement that the underlying allegation is true and is not a finding of wrongdoing by any company or individual. MoverWatch generally links to third-party complaint and review platforms rather than reproducing or aggregating their complaint text. 4. Trademarks and Third-Party Names

Company names, trade names, and trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the companies being discussed — nominative use for the purpose of consumer information and commentary. Their use here does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or approval by those owners.

5. Corrections and Right of Reply

We want the site to be accurate. Any person or company named here may request a correction, provide responsive documentation, or submit a response for our review by emailing admin@moverwatchreports.com and identifying the specific statement at issue, why it is inaccurate, and any supporting documentation. We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days and to review and resolve them within 30 days. A request does not guarantee removal, alteration, or publication of a response. Where a factual correction is warranted, we correct the affected material and, where applicable, update its "Last updated" or "Last verified" date. MoverWatch may publish or link to an appropriate response, with reasonable redactions or formatting where needed.

6. Material You Send Us

If you email us documents, screenshots, or an account of your experience, you confirm that you have the right to provide the material to us and that, to the best of your knowledge, your factual statements are accurate. Do not send material you are prohibited from disclosing, including material subject to a confidentiality obligation, court seal, protective order, or another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights. We may use submissions to evaluate, verify, correct, or update site content, but we are not obligated to publish them and may redact, excerpt, format, or decline any submission.

If you expressly ask MoverWatch to publish material you submitted and we agree to do so, you grant MoverWatch a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, excerpt, redact, format, and display that material on MoverWatch for the purpose you requested and for reasonable editorial, archival, correction, and evidentiary purposes. You retain ownership of your material. This license does not authorize MoverWatch to publish sensitive identifiers that our Privacy Policy says we will not intentionally publish.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the site beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site.
• Use the site to violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
• Submit information you know to be false, or impersonate another person or company.

8. No Legal, Financial, or Regulatory Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, or regulatory advice, and using this site does not create an attorney-client or advisory relationship of any kind. This site links to third-party resources such as the FMCSA National Consumer Complaint Database, the FMCSA SAFER company snapshot, BBB resources including company complaint profiles and Scam Tracker, and state Attorney General offices. We don't control these external sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Public records, company registrations, third-party pages, and legal proceedings can change after publication. MoverWatch does not undertake a duty to continuously monitor or update every source or page. Verify anything important directly with the current primary source.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoverWatch and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on any content published here.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, regardless of where you access the site from. This section governs the agreement between you as a site visitor and MoverWatch; it does not purport to bind any third party who has not agreed to these Terms.
