What We Don't Collect

MoverWatch has no user accounts, login, newsletter signup, or website submission forms. We do not ask site visitors to provide names, mailing addresses, or payment details through the website, and we do not sell or rent visitor information.

Information You Send Us

If you email us — for example, to request a correction or to share documentation about a move — we receive whatever you choose to include: your email address, your message, and any attachments.

• Please redact before sending. Remove Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, full account or card numbers, and anything else you wouldn't want in an email inbox. We don't need them.
• We don't publish your submission by default. Nothing you email is posted to the site unless publication is appropriate and you have clearly asked us to consider publishing it. We may redact names, contact details, account information, signatures, metadata, or other identifiers. We will not intentionally publish Social Security numbers, full financial-account or payment-card numbers, authentication credentials, government identification numbers, or similarly sensitive identifiers even if a sender asks us to.
• Use. We use what you send to verify, correct, or update information on the site, and to respond to you.
• Sharing. We do not sell submissions or intentionally disclose them to the company they concern unless you ask us to. Providers that operate our email, hosting, spam filtering, security, backup, or related infrastructure may process information on our behalf. We may also disclose information when you authorize us to, when reasonably necessary to protect the site or others, or when required by law or valid legal process.
• Retention. We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, document editorial or correction decisions, maintain security, or meet legal obligations. We will consider deletion requests, subject to legal, security, backup, and recordkeeping needs.

Email is not a secure channel. Please do not send privileged material, trade secrets, information under seal, material covered by a protective order or confidentiality restriction, or sensitive identifiers that are not necessary for us to review your request.

Analytics

MoverWatch does not currently use any third-party analytics tool. If we add one in the future, we will update this policy before it goes live to name the vendor, the purpose, the data collected, retention, and any opt-out option.

Cookies

MoverWatch does not set its own cookies and does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

Third-Party Services

This site currently loads fonts from Google Fonts and styling code from the Tailwind CSS CDN. When your browser requests those resources, the third-party provider may receive standard connection information such as your IP address, browser details, referring information, and request time under its own policies. MoverWatch does not control those providers' independent logging or retention practices.

Server Logs

Like most websites, our hosting and security infrastructure may automatically log standard technical data for visits — such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and pages or resources requested — for security, abuse prevention, availability, and troubleshooting. Provider retention practices may differ from ours.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for adults and, as stated in our Terms of Service, use is limited to people 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Corrections & Removal Requests

If you believe something on this site is inaccurate, out of date, or should be removed, email us with a description of the issue and any supporting documentation (such as a docket update, court order, or corrected registration record). We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days and to review and resolve them within 30 days. A request does not guarantee removal or a particular outcome. When a factual correction is warranted, we update the affected material and, where applicable, revise the relevant "Last updated" or "Last verified" date.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time, including as analytics tools are added. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
